investor: RENT TO OWN is a great way for people to purchase their first home.

See with RENT TO OWN or LEASE WITH THE OPTION TO PURCHASE you make payments for 6 months to 2 years (depending on the agreement) and a portion of those payments go to the principle balance. At any period of time you can obtain a bank loan and buy the house. Meaning you do not have to wait until the end of the agreement to exercise your option to buy.
